• Device Information: Email client type (from headers)

3. How We Process Your Emails

When you send an email to EmailMCP:

1. Your email is received by our secure servers
2. The content is processed by our AI system (Claude by Anthropic)
3. Required tools are executed (search, memory, etc.)
4. A response is generated and sent to you
5. Email content is stored temporarily for conversation context

4. Data Retention

• Account Data: Kept while your account is active
• Email Content: Retained for 90 days for conversation context
• Memory Data: Kept until you delete it or close your account
• Reminders/Tasks: Kept until completed/deleted or account closure
• Logs: Retained for 30 days

After account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): To process your requests and generate responses
• Mailgun: Email delivery infrastructure
• Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing
• Fly.io: Cloud hosting provider
• BrightData: Web search and scraping (for search requests only)

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
• Encryption at rest for sensitive data
• Secure authentication (magic links, no passwords stored)
• Regular security audits
• Access controls and monitoring

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
