What are automations?
Automations are scheduled tasks that run automatically. Examples: "Remind me every Monday at 9am to review reports", "Search for news about AI every day and email me a summary".
What's the difference between reminders and AI automations?
Reminders just send you a notification at the scheduled time. AI automations actually do something - like search the web, analyze data, or perform tasks - and then email you the results.
Why is hourly scheduling only for Advanced?
Hourly automations require significant server resources. Advanced customers get dedicated capacity for high-frequency operations. Pro users can schedule up to 4 times per day (every 6 hours).
What happens to my automations if I downgrade?
Existing automations that exceed your new plan limits will be paused (not deleted). You'll be notified via email and can choose which ones to keep active.
